Catalog access terms.
These terms describe the catalog service offered by Oʻahu Mushrooms LLC d/b/a Oʻahu A.I. They are visible notice for anonymous access. Merely browsing without an account or assent flow is not represented as acceptance of a clickwrap agreement.
Offered use
The public catalog endpoint is offered for ordinary interactive style browsing by people using LitScenes Desktop, exact Community builds, and compatible AGPL clients, including honestly rebranded forks. Normal client caching for reliability and reasonable requests for images a person is actively browsing are allowed.
Creators retain whatever rights they otherwise have in their own prompts, media, and generated outputs. These terms do not claim ownership of abstract styles, ideas, facts, fair use, nominative use, or another right the law preserves.
Uses the service does not offer
Without separate written permission, the catalog service is not offered for automated scraping, bulk media extraction, mirroring, republishing or resale of the catalog, creation of a substitute catalog, model or dataset training, systematic profiling, removal of provenance, bypassing request controls, or circumventing technical access boundaries.
Separate from the desktop license
The Desktop source license does not license this hosted catalog, its private source data, curated prompts, style graph, telemetry, routing, or premium workflows. Catalog payloads and images may carry additional third-party notices; those rights remain with their applicable holders.
LitScenes Community includes a small starter metadata snapshot so catalog structure, labels, and style codes remain available when the service is unavailable. The snapshot does not bundle the referenced images; uncached previews still require catalog access. That bundled source resource is distributed with the Community source under AGPL-3.0-only; these service-access terms do not add restrictions to it.
Reliability and enforcement
Catalog availability and contents may change. Clients should use integrity hashes and a last-known-good cache. Access may be rate-limited or blocked to protect the service. No warranty or service-level commitment is made for anonymous catalog access.
