• You need a distinct brand, private workflow, team deployment, or negotiated support terms.

What you can already do

The Community edition’s AGPL license permits commercial use, charging for copies, and paid support. A commercial agreement is for proprietary or specially supported use—not a toll on AGPL-compliant commerce.
