You start the conversation
LitScenes SMS is user-initiated. We do not buy phone lists or send unsolicited enrollment messages. You opt in when you deliberately text the LitScenes number by sending START, a creative request, a photo, or a video. LitScenes then replies in that conversation to fulfill and support what you requested.
Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
What happens after you text
- You send the material. Send a photo, video, or message you want LitScenes to work with.
- LitScenes offers choices. The service may acknowledge receipt, send an MMS style sheet, and offer labeled directions. Any LitScenes credit cost and available balance are shown before selection.
- You decide whether to render. Reply with the displayed choice. Browsing or asking for help does not start paid generation.
- LitScenes reports the result. You may receive progress, completion, failure/refund, credit, payment, or support messages plus requested media or a secure link.
Message types
- Creative replies: scene menus, style sheets, questions, prompts, and requested generated media.
- Service status: upload receipt, render progress, delivery, failure, and automatic credit-refund notices.
- Account and support: balance, credit-purchase confirmation, help, and opt-in or opt-out confirmation.
The program is transactional and conversational. It does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing list.
Your controls
- STOP
- Ends LitScenes messages. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also treated as opt-out requests.
- START
- Opts the number back in after an earlier opt-out.
- HELP
- Returns program and support information, including when opted out.
- BALANCE
- Shows credits and current generation pricing.
- STYLES
- Browses available style sheets without starting paid generation.
- UPLOAD
- Requests a secure link for full-quality video upload.
Credits and carrier charges
Carrier message and data charges are separate from LitScenes credits. HELP, BALANCE, UPLOAD, and style browsing do not initiate paid AI generation. When an option can spend credits, LitScenes displays the price before you select it. A render recorded as terminally failed restores its LitScenes credit charge once.
