Terms of Use.

These terms govern the LitScenes website, hosted generation, mobile and SMS services, billing, and support operated by Oʻahu Mushrooms LLC d/b/a Oʻahu A.I. A product may present a more specific EULA or purchase disclosure that also applies.

Using the service

LitScenes lets you organize creative projects, browse visual references, direct scenes, submit selected media and instructions, and request generative outputs. Generative output can vary, contain artifacts, or differ from expectations. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or relying on it.

Your content

You retain the rights you have in media, prompts, instructions, and outputs. You grant LitScenes and its processors a limited license to host, transmit, analyze, transform, and return that material only as needed to provide, secure, explain, and support the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

SMS program

LitScenes SMS is user-initiated. Message frequency varies with your activity; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Creative replies, progress, delivery, credit, account, and support messages may be sent in the conversation you initiate. See the SMS program page for commands and disclosures.

Credits and purchases

• The actual product, credit amount, price, taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout control the purchase.
• Before a generation can spend LitScenes credits, the service should display the applicable charge or estimate and require the selection that initiates it.
• A job recorded by LitScenes as terminally failed is intended to receive one automatic credit refund. Cancellation behavior can depend on whether provider processing has begun.
• App Store, PayPal, or another identified payment processor controls payment credentials, payment-method issues, and any refund process assigned to it.
• Except where law, platform policy, or a specific offer requires otherwise, delivered consumable credits are not refundable or transferable.

Acceptable use

Do not use LitScenes to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; create unlawful exploitative or abusive material; probe or disrupt the service; bypass payment, credit, access, rate, or usage controls; submit malware; impersonate another person; or misrepresent output provenance. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect people, providers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

Catalog and marks

Anonymous use of the hosted style catalog is described by its separate access terms. The LitScenes name, logo, icon, and official-build identity remain subject to the trademark policy. Access to a hosted service does not grant ownership of its private prompt systems, style graph, telemetry, model routing, or premium workflows.

Availability and changes

Products and beta services may change, pause, impose size or duration limits, lose provider capabilities, or stop supporting a model. We aim to disclose a material price or executable capability change before you commit credits, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, backward compatibility, or a particular creative result.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, hosted LitScenes services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LitScenes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Liability for a service claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected LitScenes service during the preceding 12 months, except where law does not permit that limitation.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date identifies the current public version; a material change to account-gated services may be presented for acceptance before further gated actions. Questions: support@litscenes.ai.
